Before starting any social media marketing, I did a thorough research report to identify the target demographic, understand their preferred platforms, and analyse our competitors' strategies. Armed with this data, I collaborated with the client to devise a tailored plan aimed at effectively raising awareness among their target audience.

The client wanted their branding to align seamlessly with the tone and visuals of their website. To achieve this, I presented a range of post-design options tailored to their vision. With Instagram as the primary platform, I developed a strategy to curate the feed in a way that resonated with the audience drawn in by the Meta ads I had set up. Anticipating potential questions from these ads, I preemptively addressed them through strategic story posts for quick and timely communication.
To build relatability and connection, I featured individuals in both stories and posts who reflected the demographic of our target audience, creating a stronger emotional link with potential customers.
Customer Help
The first month of setting up Instagram required a hands-on approach. My main priorities were developing the strategy, creating the page, managing Meta advertising, and generating content to ensure everything was ready for launch. At the same time, knowing the client planned to either manage the platform themselves or bring on an employee, I made it a point to train the owner, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to run the account confidently moving forward.
