Social Media Executive

My main focus was to refresh content libraries with new photos and videos to align with our high luxury posting standards. These photos and videos were essential for promotional campaigns.

With a clear goal in mind, I managed the process from start to finish—sourcing inspiration, drafting creative briefs, securing models, gathering props and costumes, organising a detailed shooting schedule, and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day.

Planning and Producing Content

Given how many accounts were held by Edwardian Hotels (comprising 13), I maintained a highly organised schedule to ensure smooth operations. We used Google Spreadsheets for our calendar, and Hootsuite for content scheduling on Meta.

Additionally, a separate document was used and referenced to keep track of all promotions.

Scheduling Content

During my time at Edwardian, I helped out with Influencer and Celeb Collaborations, activations and events.
My two favourite events were the Critics Circle London Awards and the Whatsonstage Awards, where talented individuals attended to mingle and receive their hard-earned awards.
